Welcome to Our STEW Project Presentation!
Hello and thank you for joining us! I'm Janene Dhalai, and it is my pleasure to introduce a special presentation showcasing the culmination of our STEW (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Writing) project by our talented 4th and 5th graders.
As an educator, I believe in the power of interdisciplinary learning to foster curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and prepare our students for the complex world they will inherit. This project is not just an academic exercise; it's a reflection of a teaching philosophy that values integrated learning experiences that connect scientific inquiry with technological skills, engineering creativity, and expressive writing.
Through this presentation, you'll see how our students have embraced these challenges, turning their diverse interests and ideas into tangible projects that tell a story of discovery and innovation. From researching and planning to designing, building, and sharing their work, each student has journeyed through a learning process that exemplifies our commitment to educating the whole child.
We hope this presentation inspires you as much as these young learners have inspired us. Please enjoy a glimpse into the exciting, hands-on learning that happens here every day.
Thank you for watching, and let's celebrate the achievements of these young explorers together!
