Our goal in payroll department is to ensure that all HMPS employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner that complies with State and Federal procedures and regulations. We work with campus departments, HR department, and employees to ensure accuracy of information and compliance. For informational purposes, check distribution is processed as follows:

 

MONTHLY PAYROLL CHECKS - Checks/direct deposits are processed for payment on every 28th of the month. If the date falls on a holiday or weekend, the paycheck will be issued the prior business day.

 

SEMI-MONTHLY PAYROLL CHECKS - Checks/direct deposits are processed for payment twice a month: the 15th of each month and the last day of the month as valid business days. If the date falls on a holiday or weekend, the paycheck will be issued the prior business day.
