Our mission at Horizon Montessori II is to maximize the education potential and the experience of continuous learning for every student within the school and community environment. A New Year, a New Beginning

 

The enrollment for 2016-2017 will be open on January 18. 

Current students will able to fill out the application to secure their position for the upcoming school year. Parents, make sure to click the correct academic year (2016-2017) when re-enrolling. All current students must re-enroll if they would like to attend HMII next academic year.


New student applications can be submitted on January 18.

Horizon Montessori is only taking applications for new students. Confirmation of acceptance will be not be made until after May 1. If your child is in the PreK-3 program, your seat (am or pm) will be assigned after May 1.

 

For PreK-3 & PreK- 4 New Applicants

  • Your child must be 3 years old no later than September 1st.
  • The prekindergarten program is a bilingual program. The students must meet the eligibility criteria in accordance to the guidelines provided by the Texas Education Agency.
  • Seats will be assigned to eligible students first and then remaining seats can be issued to non-qualifying students.
  • If we are oversubscribed, a lottery must be held to assign seats to students.

The school will assign seats to returning students first, siblings and staff children next, then new incoming students that qualify, and lastly to non qualifying students. 

 


Big Bash Qualifications for Elementary Students:

The Spring Fundraiser will run from January 19 - February 2. Students will need to sell 7 items to attend the Big Bash while students with two or more siblings will have to sell a total 11 items (together) to attend the celebration. Please call the elementary campus if you have any questions about the fundraiser.

 

La recaudación de fondos de primavera se extenderá desde 19 de enero a 2 de febrero. Los estudiantes tendrán que vender 7 artículos para participar en el Big Bash. Los estudiantes con dos o más hermanos tendrán que vender 11 artículos para participar en la celebración. Por favor llame a la escuela primaria si tiene alguna pregunta sobre la recaudación de fondos.
